Apartamento luxo e sossego

Pros: The apartments were great and had everything you would need we were a family of 4 adults 2 kids.The kids loved the pools and we could watch from our terrace.Gated area gave peace of mind too.The apartments are 10 minute walk to go for the dolphin and cave tour boat and local restaurants and bars.Its about a 20 minute walk or very cheap uber to the old town.I would highly recommend these apartments.

Pros: Location was not bad. Our apartment was on the ground floor and it was very convenient for kids go to the swimming pool , we could also have breakfast/dinner on terrace.

Cons: Our apartment could have some renovation and good cleaning. Dishwasher doesn’t wash well.

Pros: Lovely clean apartment. Great location. Lovely pool. Handy road train if you don’t fancy walking to the old town.

Cons: A broken towel rail and toilet roll holder in one bathroom but nothing major. It’s a shame the pool rules are so strict (no inflatables/balls) but understand that they have to draw the line somewhere to avoid raucous behaviour.

Very comfortable accommodation.

Pros: Apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The gardens and pool were very clean and well maintained. The complex was secure and quiet.

Pros: Really good location near the marina, not far from old town, but nice and quiet area

Superb value spacious apartment.

Pros: Really superb spacious ground floor apartment. We had a great spot opening out onto the pool area where we enjoyed relaxing on the warm afternoons. Taxi into the old town by Uber was inexpensive which we did most evenings. There was a big sign regarding pool rules but our kids aged 6 and 8 didn’t mind not having floats and balls and had a great time. The security guy was also a friendly and welcoming chap. Really excellent value for money I would highly recommend.

Cons: Internet connection could have been better, not that it impacted our stay.

Beautiful

Pros: Beautiful grounds, great location close to the marina.

Cons: I would agree with the other negative comments, the no inflatable’s and the pool is freezing. We had no internet for the first few days, and when it did come on it was very poor internet which was a nightmare at times, as my husband had work to do some days and I have an autistic child who relied on the internet. The pool rules are very strict, we appreciate high standards but we felt it too much here, it made us feel a bit on edge. I had a can of coke by the pool one day and I got told no drinks which I thought was a bit much, if it was a glass I would understand. Also, we had a day where we took a chair for my brother who had broken his rib and he couldn’t bend down to get onto a sun lounger. I had a message from the host asking not to take the furniture off the terrace. This really disappointed us, it made us feel like we were being spied on, and it was only the once for a couple of hours to help someone who was injured. It’s such a beautiful place, I would return with adults, but I wouldn’t return here with my children again as we couldn’t relax we really did feel like we were being watched constantly.

Don’t look any further, you won’t beat this accomodation for a the reasonable price

Pros: The quality of the apartment, it was superior to our expectations! Very clean & modern, with every little thing you would need… down to a beach towel, bucket & spade with toys for the kids

Wonderful Family Friendly Stay

Pros: The apartment was fantastic and in a great location. The Marina is only a short walk away from the Old Town and the walk has beautiful views. The hosts were super. Very easy to communicate with and allowed us to extend our stay. The apartment itself is perfect. All the facilities you need while on holidays. There was air conditioning in the two bedrooms and main living room. It had a fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor terrace was amazing and very spacious. It had everything, table and chairs for dining, a seating area and an umbrella, perfect to enjoy the wonderful weather. Would highly recommend this apartment. The complex itself is very well maintained. The kids playground has very good equipment and the grounds also have a mini football pitch. Ample parking available. The complex felt very safe and was very peaceful.

Cons: The only draw back was the pool, as unfortunately it isn't heated so was quite cold. There didn't appear to be a large supply of sun beds and there were no umbrellas pool side.

Fantastic 2 bed apartment

Pros: What a fantastic large ground floor apartment with your terrace going straight out into the garden and pool area. It has a well equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. There are 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The shutters on the windows are fantastic and make the bedrooms very dark and we all slept great and really enjoyed our stay here. There is a small football pitch and playground on site to keep the kids busy if they need a break from the swimming pool.

Cons: We think it would be better if the apartment complex had separate recycling bins and not just 3 big bins that everything goes in. We sorted our rubbish and brought them to the recycling bank belonging to the apartments down the road. This is nothing against this apartment but the area around the Marina of Albufeira is a bit run down these days. The footpaths outside the apartment complex and down to the marina badly needed some TLC and weed removal.
