Netherlands 🇳🇱

Prima uitgerust, schoon, modern appartement met mooi uitzicht en vlakbij het strand. Drukke omgeving

Pros: Super schoon en modern ingericht, nieuwe keuken en badkamer en goed geoutilleerd. Eigen plek in parkeergarage. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Probleempjes werden serieus genomen en onmiddellijk opgelost. Vlakbij het strand. Temperatuur in november was heerlijk: zonnig en 23 graden.

Cons: Drukke omgeving: Lawaai van de straat: het was de enige doorgaande weg naar en van Praia da Oura. Vrachtwagens, vuilniswagens, bussen en veel luidruchtige tuktuks. Lawaai van de buren: veel geschreeuw en gebonk tot laat in de avond. Er is geen lift, dus gesjouw met boodschappen en bagage. De slaapbank fungeert ook als zitbank, wat niet comfortabel is. De TV hangt zo hoog dat je hangend op de bank moet kijken. Doordat er geen afzuiging in de badkamer was, werden luchtverfrissers gebruikt. Om bij het strand te komen moest je flink afdalen en op de terugweg deze afstand weer omhoog klimmen.

Pros: La cercanía a la playa. El apartamento muy cómodo, funcional y reformado. Las camas muy cómodas. Vistas estupendas al mar, cerca de la zona de ambiente. En general muy bien.

Cons: Se echa en falta un aire acondicionado en el dormitorio, o como poco un ventilador de techo. Hizo bastante calor en el mes de agosto y hacia calor en el dormitorio incluso con el aire del salón puesto
