Fantastic

Pros: Beautiful, well kept, supermarket on site, swimming pool and beach really nearby

Cons: No air conditioning, so very hot in august.

Love that this resort is situated betweeen two beautiful beaches, Praia da Coelha and Costelo beach.

Pros: I love the staff and connecting to their stories. It's a welcoming place. I hope you get to meet Kristen

Cons: No elevator for my luggage. They do have someone to help you to carry it upstairs. The person might not always be available when you need them. Also no AC so it's hot and humid in the room

we have a good time and experienced with kids.

Pros: good hotel , good swimming pools, good activities , view to the oceans, good relaxation place not only by the pool but also under the tree. Magdalena is very helpful and friendly. Lovely lady at reception and mini market too who speak multiple languages.

Cons: need air conditioning during summer, trail to the hotel private beach a bit challenging. breakfast buffet should be daily during summer school holiday. same as buffet dinner as well. apartment room would be nice if there is microwave.

Pros: Andres Moreno Rodriguez - he has been amazing, great customer care and professional attitude , very supportive and helpful, he has been very friendly and approachable and very accommodating I must admit all staff were all extremely friendly and helpful under his leadership staff at the little supermarket was great too they help us with shopping being delivered to our rooms and the fresh bakery in the mornings was so convenient
